Justin Ly made a motion for TMC to write a letter to the Bureau of Reclamation Regional Director requesting studies (either an appraisal or feasibility) on the Trinity River Division infrastructure alternatives to provide increased flexibility on water temperature management for the Trinity and Sacramento Rivers. Mike Orcutt seconded the motion.
