Motion: To approve Water Year 2027 Winter flow recommendation:  Brett Kormos moved to adopt the recommendation of the Flow Work Group and IDT items one and two as outlined in Patrick Flynn’s presentation. Seconded by: Mike Orcutt Friendly Amendment: Chris Laskodi offered a friendly amendment that the motion cite the memo dated July 27th, 2026 from the Flow Work Group to the IDT rather than presentation. Friendly amendment accepted.
