Dave Hillemeier made a motion to accept the recommendations of the Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) for flow and gravel augmentation. Teresa Connor seconded the motion.

Mike Orcutt made a motion that Trinity River Hatchery (TRH) related activities, such as the Hatchery Run Size Estimates (CDFW) and coded wire tags (PSFMS) which were added as additional costs to the FY19 budget and future budgets, amounting to $421,477 in FY19, should be included in budgeting in Reclamation's appropriate funding authority for mitigation and regulatory (ESA) requirements associated with the TRH rather than being included in the Restoration Program budget. This would be conveyed in a letter to the USFWS and Reclamation Regional Directors. It was seconded by Dave Hillemeier.

Keith Groves made a motion to accept program administration portion of budget. Teresa Connor seconded. Dave Hillemeier made a competing motion to approve budget with exceptions: Any savings received from not funding TRH tasks or other funds that become available be redistributed following prioritization assessment by IDT and recommended to TMC - effectiveness monitoring and - watershed restoration with the goal of up to $500K. - funding for SAB And we move $100,000 from geophysical support services monitoring to channel rehabilitation effectiveness monitoring. Teresa Connor seconded the competing motion. Different people made friendly amendments to Dave Hillemeier's competing motion, and they were accepted by Hillemeier and seconded by Conner.
