Motion 1: Ralph Modine moved that the TMC approve Option 1, Daryl's recommended hydrograph. Neil seconded the motion. Doug will draft a letter to the Secretary with copies to Kirk Rodgers and Steve Thompson. Mike will let Central Valley Operations know the schedule. Doug will get the letter out to TMC members for review before it is sent.
