This PDF provides all parts and appendices for the Draft Master EIR plus the Final Master EIR in one document, assembled by TRRP.

Part 2 of the Master EIR is a site-specific EA/EIR that analyzes the potential environmental impacts of implementing the Remaining Phase 1 sites (6 sites total). The EA/EIR for remaining phase 1 sites incorporates the Master EIR in its entirety by reference and describes channel rehabilitation and gravel augmentation activities proposed at the Lowden Ranch site (and 5 other phase 1 locations). The BLM was a cooperating agency in development of this EA/EIR.
