The TMC has management responsibility for the Trinity River Restoration Program. The TMC functions as a board of directors that sets the priorities and schedules for strategic implementation by the Program’s Executive Director. This shared responsibility of the TMC assumes participation and support from each member organization through appointed representatives to the council.
