Motions:
Troy Fletcher made a motion that the TMC authorize a budget subcommittee comprised of any TMC member who so desires. This subcommittee is to 1) work with consultants to identify and recognizing priorities 2) to frame the different hypotheses into RFP's and 3) will bring the work product back to the TMC with recommended criteria for evaluation of projects. Motion seconded by Mary Ellen Mueller.
